I was wandering around Arndale shopping center in Manchester one day when I came across this guy in the middle of painting this huge painting. Essentially, he was busking but at the same time creating something completely original, all the while thousands of people buzz around him.

I spoke a few words to him and he gave me his email to send him a few pictures. I never heard back from him. I googled his name to discover a small mention in an off-beat story. He’s been all over the world doing his busking thing.

I wonder where he is now.

The car is a custom bespoke design by Bob Piccott. The paint was a translucent metallic type paint that shifted colors depending on which way the light landed on it. This made it incredibly difficult to shoot and produce accurate colors and further more, it was torture in post.

Everything is 100% custom design, every curve, angle and edge is all straight from Bob himself.

It looks just amazing.
